Yummy slimming smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberry yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 2 grapefruits
  • 4 tangerines
  • honey up to taste
  • ice

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Sunny smoothie

Ingredients:

  • handful of spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 cup orange juice (natural orange juice or freshly squeezed)
  • 2 broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot

Blend ingredients together in a blender until completely smooth.

Banana delight smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (natural oj or freshly squeezed)
  • ice

Place ingredients in a blender and blend until it’s all nice and smooth.

Citrus smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 of a lime
  • 1/2 of a lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 2 apples
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1/2 banana

Blend everything together until it’s smooth.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pear
  • handful or two of spinach
  • ice

Blend ingredients until it’s all smooth and nice.

Summer yummy smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberry yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 4 – 6 strawberries
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Place ingredients in a blender and blend it all until it’s totally smooth.
