What you need to make it :
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 apple
- 1 cup almond milk
- 5 – 10 wall nuts or almonds
- Dash of cinnamon, or up to taste
Simply place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
