What you need to make it :

  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 5 – 10 wall nuts or almonds
  • Dash of cinnamon, or up to taste

Simply place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
