To make this smoothie you need:

  • 4 cups of pineapple
  • 2 cups of coconut yogurt
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • shredded coconut (up to taste)
  • water (up to taste)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add as much water as you need to get the consistency you like.

You can also add some natural sweetener (honey, agave, stevia) if this is not sweet enough for you.
